Water Treatment Services was founded in Romeo, MI by Robert Rutherford Sr., and Robert Rutherford Jr., in May, 2005. Since then, Water Treatment Services has grown to include three locations with 50 employees dedicated to providing customers with clean, quality RainSoft water and products for homes and businesses.
